  Had the most amazing experience at The Spa at Salt, with the biggest kindest welcome from reception who showed us around, explained the areas and saw to all our needs. Monica gave me my full body massage and facial which was to dye for and so relaxing I fell asleep. I can't wait to go back. Thank You

  The lady on reception was lovely. I bought the $49 sip and spa package, giving access to the salt room, sauna and spa tub.
  The salt room was amazing, but the chairs were uncomfortable. I've seen others with lounges and would have loved that. The sauna was good, but the spa tub, once turned on, had a rim of scum that was unsightly, and I immediately felt the need to get out and shower off.
  There was Yellow sparkling :(, red or white wine or Balter XPA. I opted for the beer and it was great. There were pots of tea and lemon water available.
  It was very relaxing, and the value for me was in the salt room and beer, but I certainly wouldn't say it's a must do, as it wasn't the best spa I've been to.
  The treatments are expensive.

  What a treat! Highly recommended, my 80 min body scrub was Devine and Michelle was amazing, she was backed by experience and great skill, kept me informed the whole time. Can’t wait to come back again!
  The only negative was it was abit cold as the aircon was directly on top of the treatment bed, but all the topicals applied were warm and perfect which made up for the cooler environment. Thankyou Michelle for providing a revitalising and relaxing service.

  Recently went here for a couples massage, the massage itself was really lovely and the staff are extremely friendly. The elements lounge was a little bit disappointing considering its added cost. The rooms were quite crowded and small and didn't allow for any feeling of privacy or exclusivity. We asked for some bubbles which got given to us in plastic cups and felt a little bit weird. Compared to other spa experiences on the coast, I would say this unfortunately felt a little bit overpriced for what's offered.

  Had a beautiful massage session with the very sweet Naoko. She made me feel relaxed and able to temporarily escape day to day life stresses. She also provided some helpful advice to take home which I really appreciated.
  Thoroughly enjoyed the salt therapy room as well!
  Big thank you to Lola for fitting us in last minute.

  I had an amazing experience at The Spa at Salt, Nadia went above and beyond to ensure we were very well looked after. The facilities are beautiful, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

  Had an amazing experience today @ the spa at salt. We were greeted by Nadia who was welcoming & showed us around the spa. She made us feel extremely relaxed and comfortable from the minute we came in. I had a 30 minute facial from Melinda who was amazing and listened to all of my skin concerns. I felt so relaxed the whole time. The whole spa is beautiful and so relaxing. I can’t wait to visit again.

  Beautiful, clean and relaxing space to spend a few hours.
  Love all the facilities and the herbal teas.
  The only thing would be nice to have a shower in the dressing rooms to properly shower before getting dressed.
  Initial staff member who called to get some details was a bit rude and stressed out however when we got there they were nice so overall happy and will return for another session soon.

  My first experience I had booked a massage literally a few days prior. I received an email to confirm my appointment and yet when I turned up the next day they had no record of me and felt like they made me feel like I was the one who had made the mistake despite it clearly confirming via email for that day/time the day prior. They were very helpful in getting a therapist to come in within the hour so I had more time to relax in the beautiful facilities. Based on this I put this down to a mistake. I’ve attempted now twice to book for my sister and I and both times, I have spoken to the most condescending and “robotic” woman at reception that I refuse to go back despite it having beautiful facilities. First impressions are important!
