  Bought a couch from here cable snapped twice on recliner chase was missing structural parts and along with padding all moving parts are loose. Chase has been back to manufacturer with not much improvement very half arsed repair. All under 12 months. Will be hiring an upholstery "professional' at my own cost before throwing or giving it away.

  Purchased product & stitching came apart within 6mths. Discolouration aswell. Fixed the stitching (which will probably happen again)but will do nothing about the discolouration saying we voided our warranty by applying the lounge protection that they sold us. Very disappointed

  An excellent product, am honest and professional owner and an outstanding business!!
  
  My partner and I had a wonderful experience with the owner Matthew from Lounge City. We personally designed our lounge exactly to the dimensions and pre-existing decor of our living room. We had such fun choosing the exact style, size, chaise direction (left or right), leg type (timber, metal etc), leg height, fabric, piping and colour. Exactly four weeks later it was delivered into our living room.
  
  Our lounge is Australian made and has a 10 year warranty. I would highly recommend visiting Lounge City in Tweed to get a feel for how personalised you can actually build your lounge exactly to your taste. It was priced very reasonably considering the product, ours being under $2500 which included delivery.
  
  I was inspired to write this review because of Matthew's professionalism, approachability and excellent products and service.

  Just reading the comments left by the clowns professing to be hard done buy customers. Just because you can pick up a phone and press letters doesn't make you morons anymore valid than used oxygen!
  
  We have purchased 2 lounges and a sofa bed from here and have had nothing but fulfilled promise. Quality and on time delivery. If you have nothing better to do than leave pointless feedback may I suggest you get some education first.
