- Aaron Bathurst Added October 28, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What an awful experience. After asking the team for a class whilst on holiday I found an alternate studio better suited to our needs. After cancelling my tentative appointment we received multiple emails from Frauk who was extremely confrontational, rude and unprofessional. When we mentioned another studio was closer and cheaper she told us we were wrong, even though he had no idea where we were staying. If this is the way she treats a potential client I have no idea how they are still in business.
